FORM Support Centre

Designed as the source of truth where customers can look for answers and give us feedbacks.

The Problem

I am the UX/UI designer of the FORM support centre. FORM’s support centre is built on top of Zendesk, which gave me a limitation of what I can design and led me to think about how I can approach this project. But it didn’t take me long to realize that the purpose of this project is to give users the fastest and most organized way to find what they need and what they want. I worked closely with our customer service manager to get her thoughts on how the support centre should work and how to create the best experience possible.
